If you're still waiting on your order, the cause for delay is due to a backlog of the standard lightsticks. Our vendor just informed us today that they won't have the standard lightsticks on hand until approximately 11/9. After factoring in transit time to our warehouse, the remaining orders are on track to be fulfilled by mid-November.
