Multiple people have stated that Massdrop will waive/reduce shipping on multiple purchases shipped together, but I was charged for shipping on my second ordered pair of glasses. I tried contacting support a few days ago via email and live chat, but I haven't gotten a response yet. I understand if shipping can't be waived, but it would be nice to at least get a response back from customer support.
