I responded to your e-mails to support, I just wanted to apologize again for this error! We will be following up with both our warehouse and the vendor to find out why you were sent an empty box. I have also refunded you in full for the order. Sorry again for this poor experience!

Henry.VHenry the same thing happened to me! What gives?! Seriously! We've waited over a month for these and then BLAM nothing!! Am I ever going to get these bloody things or are you just going to give me my money back and thus waste my time and patience?
