$20 shipping to AU is ridiculous, this can't be much heavier than 10.4 ounces. The shipping on Massdrop needs to be negotiated better, it's stopping me purchasing a lot of products.

Its not that mass drop is focused on the US, its that massdrops has to make deals with smaller shipping companies to make a profit on this business. They are a business after all.

Amazon has a mat that's 12"x36" for $11.99 SHIPPED (Prime). Same sewn edges, same logo-less design, bigger, and you can have it before this drop even closes... Another L for Massdrop.

This is supposed to be a deal? Come on now. $14 at it's lowest + another 7 bucks to ship it? You can get the same made in China mats on Ebay and Amazon for less $$ all day long.

Yeah, I don't like the branding either, I'm conflicted, I don't want to wait so long for the shipment, but I also don't want some stupid little logo disrupting the beauty of my workstations.

HumanI have the glorious gaming mat. The branding is ugly and tacky, for a start, which this one seems to lack. It's also bubbling.

You can get a similar mat to this on Amazon from Mionix or Glorious. I would check those out if you're not happy with the shipping here. They're both about $20 with free shipping in the States. Worth a shot to check at least.

Will try to find a seller around because this mat is perfectly matching the dimensions of my upper desk area where some soft and dampening material would be more than welcome. Guess I need to check this mat for real, because there is a competition at home for soft materials and I must admit the purring creature is more than often winning so I need to find out if some can easily clean cat hairs from this mat.
