This is not a deal, at all. I just placed my order on Amazon for a Northern Hemisphere (inches, Imperial), for a delivered price of $39.52. And it will be delivered by Sept. 11, 2020. So, this is not a deal on this Drop.
What actually differs between the Northern Hemisphere and Global editions to justify the $17 price difference?
It's not shipping as you then charge an additional $9 ontop of that.....
It's also not centimetres/inches, as the pictures for Global/NH centimeters editions both look different.
HaulienI truly have no clue. But I'd guess it has something to do with what they have in hand and/or the venue they are pushing it on. European market might be bigger for Suunto and the leftovers are here? Or something
I was thinking of getting this to replace my 30 year old compass, but when I go to the purchase page, the centimeter scale with global needle isn't available. Nevermind then...
lochaberWe don't always get as much quantity as we want for each model and often a few options will sell out before the run is over. I'm glad you were finally able to snag the one you wanted!
Terribly expensive shipping AND the global centimetre version isn't in the drop selection. Thanks for getting my hopes up and dashing them again MassDisappointment!
