Well, Over the years I've had occasional order issues with Amazon, LL Bean, and a couple of other internet retailers, too. This sort of thing isn't limited to Massdrop. It happens to the best of them. It's nothing I'll lose any sleep over.
dtownsThe point is that any venue from which you purchase merchandise is going to experience glitches now and then. Massdrop appears to be taking this matter seriously and I feel confident they will iron things out.
