Specs say hand wash recommended, but are the knives dishwasher safe - i.e. can one put these utensils into the dishwasher for cleaning without fear of damaging the goods?

velo_sometimeYou really shouldn't put any even half-decent knife in the dishwasher if you want to preserve the edge over time. It's worth cleaning by hand no matter what.
