Excellent knifes! The edge is ultra sharp and the build quality is very good.
I would recommend this as a end product for busy chefs. I still own carbon steel knives from the 1980's that are very usable today. This set of steel is going to be around and working many decades! Very happy to recommend these.
Burtron5Follow up. These seemingly good knives have been a disappointment in the long run. They didn't keep their edge even using an expensive knife sharpener. You can see what happened in the kitchen cutting a tomato! Just Chinese POS w/ a Swiss brandname. Would like to return the set for my money back.
