Designed in Switzerland, these Swiss Diamond knives feature blades made from German 1.4116 stainless steel for a long-lasting and wear-resistant edge. Refined through a process of ice hardening to a Rockwell hardness of 57, the blades exhibit strength and no-stain properties—which could be why they were Red Dot Award winners in 2017. For a comfy grip, the resin handles are ergonomically shaped and highly curved. This drop includes the 3.5-inch paring knife for garnishing and detail cuts, the 8-inch chef’s knife for the majority of your slicing tasks, and the 8.5-inch bread knife to seamlessly cut through day-old pastries and crunchy baguettes.
