Hey all, I know these pages have been fairly steeped in negativity and I've talked with Drop and it looks like they've given me the go-ahead on a fairly independent solution. For 3 weeks starting Feb 2, going to Feb 23, I will be aggregating every single wrong order I can at my cost, and will begin shipping people their correct orders to compensate. I know this is waiting, and work, and really honestly annoying but it's the only solution I know how to do. To receive a label, please send me an email at replacement@switchmod.net by the cutoff date of Feb 23. I will have you send the wrong product to me, and you will recieve the correct product when the cutoff date is over.

  3. A picture of the incorrect order
  4. Any other concerns or questions.
During Feb 24-March 1, I will begin shipping as many corrected orders as I can, filling in the gaps out of my own pocket as I go. I apologize again, this is all I can really do. Bryan, Switchmod Keyboards

i got an address not found error message with a bounced email. On another note, can you clarify for those of us who want replacements, if we should contact drop at all regarding this snafu? If so, what should we tell drop. Thank you.

i ordered the 205g0, i still don't know what i get(i need to go today to the post office to take it) but if i get the wrong lube i will just keep it. i think i can work with 3204, and i don't have the power to wait for the right lube. i do still hope for the right one. i will take the 10$ from drop.

You got the wrong one. Your sticker says what you get in the jar. So in your case it's 3204 in yours.

@dombro "drop labels going out sunday" found this on the switchmod discord was posted on 02/21/2020. Haven't received anything in the mail yet but I think it should be on the way.

Could you post updates here? These are the people affected by the mistake, and I can't see anywhere in here you advised that you'd be updating via Discord, or even mentioned your server. Until someone else mentioned it I thought you'd abandoned the effort.
