Still no response from mass drop. Sadness. This item is crap. My next post is is either based on a reply from mass drop, or a picture of this in the garbage.

mpechner@mpechner, I checked with Customer Service today and they do not have any correspondence from you on this. Please use the Contact Support link on your email, or the [Support] button below, open a ticket and CS will take care of you on this. Same goes for anyone else not satisfied with the product.
