idokatzI have two of them and have zero issues. I also put a thin coat of silicon grease on all threads as a prevention. Have you emailed tactile turn about it? They are great people.

idokatzWhat leaks? did you make sure the converter was pushed all the way in?
I honestly doubt there's anything wrong with the pen. A short review like this tells me that there's just some user error.
