jcwcNot an official reply of any kind, but out of curiosity could you try unscrewing the body just a smidge so it's not tightened up all the way and see if the mechanism works smoothly. I had a similar issue with mine and I'm wondering if it's the same thing.

jcwcSend me an email with your address and I'll send you a new mechanism. We try to test them before they go out, but sometimes after a little bit of use they start having issues. They just unscrew, so all you have to do is take that bad one out and screw the new one in as tightly as you can and it'll generally solve it. My email is Will@tactileturn.com

Did some more reading and it seems a few people have reported this stuck problem. Applies also to the Retrakt (by KK) which uses the same click mechanism.
