I got my Titanium Mover a few days ago, but it looks a bit different from the Titanium Mover from Tactile Turn's webpage. It seems to me that the tip of the refill did not stick out further enough. In pretty much all ball point pens I own, I see a small portion of flat part of the tip, but that part is hidden under the barrel of my Mover.

The above is a photo of my Mover along with the photo in the webpage in the background. As mentioned above, I only see slanted part of the tip on my Mover. Also, the end tip of the hole seems to be a little thicker compared to the one in the photo from Tactile Turn.

What I mean by the flat part of tip is marked with red outline in the above image. The image is taken from http://www.tactileturn.com/store/titanium

LimmyThe image is of the first prototypes, and your pen is production. I had a couple people compain about the tips of the pens when retracted were too far forward and left ink on peoples shirts, so I moved it back about 0.020" which accounts for the difference in look. Sorry for the difference, I try to keep everything as similar to the photos as possible, but sometimes things have to change slightly.

TactileTurnHey Will,
I really wanted a new one! My old one has served me well I don't know if this is going to be viable... Could you hold my order and ship it to me later? The normal shipping usually takes 12-15 days to get to me. I will be going on a trip to the states on the 18th ( i live in canada) so Im afraid that when it ships with the customs and other possible delays, I will be already gone as it arrives!

Pantsu_BearPantsu_Bear - I ship all of the pens to Massdrop and they ship them to everyone that gets in on the drop so I couldn't guarantee delivery dates. Someone from Massdrop might be able to let you know about estimated delivery dates. Sorry I'm not of more help on this!

Pantsu_BearHey @Pantsu_Bear -- This order will ship by June 5th, it could be a few days earlier.
I'm sorry, but we can't separate and hold this order from the group for special handling.

TactileTurnIs it possible to rig the pen (e.g., w/ piece of rubber/plastic) so that more of the refill tip is visible?

michaelpmSure, just adding a couple layers of tape to the back of the refill should work to make that possible, but refill length can be very critical otherwise the click mechanism can't extend down far enough to be able to move to the next position (extended or retracted). How much sticks out can vary a little from pen to pen.

TactileTurnJust an idea, I have a few zebra F-701 pens that came with the Zebra F-0.7 plastic refill and the refill has a black plastic cap that fits inside the top cover the hole so the click mechanism has a flat surface to hit. If you had some old Zebra F-0.7 plastic refill you could take the insert and reuse it on some of the refills for the Mover instead of the aluminum foil route. Also this might help with some refills to have more of the tip out of the end, use this insert and some sandpaper on the end of the refill till you have just the right amount at the end of your pen.
