I waited months to receive my plastic cased TADA68, which cost me $175. Now I can get one with the aluminum case for less?!
I think a different company/brand might be manufacturing this one
Tbh when I saw this, I reliazed that the Magicforce 68 is essentially the same - same understated white LEDs, but with a stock aluminium base and at a MUCH cheaper price (mine, including shipping to Australia was a blazing hot $US 60). You also get pretty much the same customisation choices for keyswitches bar the Zealios options. If you're planning on getting another keyboard, get one of those instead when it next drops.
I got my TADA68 with MOD-L switches, only available from Originative.
I've looked at the MF68 before, but I dislike the layout, since it's longer than necessary, and the 68 key platform is all about downsizing a TKL.
I'm keeping my TADA68 mostly stock and investing my money in smaller boards (60% and 40%).
I doubt it, don't think they'd give that name away, especially after all of the bad experiences with that name.
Yeah. Now even AliExpress sells the ALU cases for $100, while Originative offered these during R3 of the TADA68 for exactly the same price as the entire keyboard.
Well my keyboard is arriving in December. Candy wait for my Christmas present lol. I'm gonna cnc machine a wood block to make my case.
