How did you guys cancel your order..? I went on transaction page but it only has option to send message to customer support to cancel and nothing else. Is that how you guys did it ?

What...? How come some people are able to issue refund and we cant..? I still have not heard back from them... wow I am not going to be happy if I hear that they wont refund it

I got my order cancelled. I contacted customer support with just two sentences:
"This is now way past the estimated ship date. Please cancel my order with full refund."
Got the cancellation/refund right away.

I contacted and said that their communication was unacceptable and based on that and the unknown shipping date I'd like my money back. Got processed same day.
