Never really cared about mechanical keyboards but these keycaps look awesome. Can anyone fill me in on what else I'd need to buy to make this a complete keyboard with lights too?
CottonSwabHehe, I'm in the same boat and this site has made me ask the same question many times. Haven't quite pulled the trigger just yet... All you need is a keyboard base with white LEDs (I'm assuming, since the keycaps are already colored) and whatever switches you want. Deciding on what switches you want and where the best place is to get a keyboard WITHOUT keycaps included is the part that I keep getting stuck on... but when there's no appropriate drop active, there's always sites like mechanicalkeyboards.com, kono.store, and others
kevinhbHey thanks for the info. I've been using a crappy, fake-mechanical keyboard I bought on Amazon 4 years ago for $30. I think it's about time for an upgrade.
I joined this drop October 25th 2018 and it is now January 22 2019 yet I still have not received it. So unless you're willing to wait forever for these, order something else.
MegasworthYep', as long as the layout matches. Not sure if it does but I'm sure that key widths are up somewhere so compare them with your own keeb's specs to see if it'll work.
