Out of the bag, I was worried about how thin these felt, especially the wider keys. But not bad after install.
For floating decks, the pastels reflect back a lot of light, so everything glows. But the thin material allows more light to bleed through too, so that will really affect the color you see vs. the color of the LED underneath
For what these keycaps are (PBT with shinethrough) I like them. The texture is a bit more rough than I was anticipating, but it doesn't bother me much. Just takes some getting used to. I like the pale yellow and lavender of the Mermaid's Kiss colorway. Overall, happy with what these offer as keycaps for an EP84, but they aren't the smoothest keycaps I've ever felt. Along with that, the legending does have some odd spots of bleeding making them look pretty blurry. It is visible even in full daylight.
Nice level of smooth accent keys then slightly rough feeling alpha keys give a nice grip almost. Shine goes through the characters and no signs of bleed through with the set.
