Does this profile have interference with north-facing LEDs like cherry profile?

No. I just put the Mykonos on my K77, that has north facing LEDs. No interference. In fact, the legends looks nice and bright because of it. I even have o-rings on too. Edit: the Tai-Hao profile is pretty much OEM/Cherry profile.
