2. Will we not be recieiving the keycap holding foam or the wire keycap puller? The reason the foam is used is to guarentee that the correct keycaps are included in shipment, which is a problem other people appear to be having. And not including the wire puller? Don't advertise products that are not included or specifically note that they are not included.
