I wouldn't even want that stupid coating, if it didn't change the properties of the keys at all. I'm not afraid of some germs, I'm far more concerned about the antibiosis layer itself. Correct me if I'm wrong, but basically nobody but the guys at Tai Hao know what's in that stuff, all I know (well, guess) is that it has to be some kind of poison, since it is killing stuff.
And that could be next to anything, the cheapest solution is probably some shit containing heavy metals or halogens.

SankartYeah you might be too young to remember, but China doesn't have the best record on industrial chemicals, heavy metals, and poisons in consumer goods....
