Small Jumbo, Rich Sound
From Takamine’s G70 series of acoustic-electric guitars with solid-top construction, elegant appointments, and upgraded electronics, the GN71CE is a compact but big-sounding machine. Its NEX-style maple body—a scaled-down jumbo at heart—features a spruce top and rosewood back and sides for a rich, detailed sound. Meanwhile, the slim mahogany neck and 12-inch bound rosewood fingerboard offer great playability, even for smaller players. The onboard Takamine TK-40D preamp system is complete with a built-in tuner, three-band EQ and gain controls, mid-contour switch, notch filter, and EQ bypass switch.
Note: At checkout, you’ll have your choice of finishes between Brown Sunburst and Natural. This drop is for new B-Stock instruments with the original box and paperwork. ESP has very stringent quality control procedures, and a tiny imperfection in the finish can qualify a guitar for B-Stock. These guitars may have minor cosmetic imperfections which will not affect playability.
