The shipping tracking link (http://webtrack.dhlglobalmail.com/?trackingnumber=GM295324483777794209&utm) says that it has departed Frankfurt. But that was almost a week ago. Has it gotten lost??
I really really need my hands on this in two weeks time. I would have thought ordering it two months ago would have guarunteed it arriving in time. Now i'm having my doubts.
Is there anything that Massdrop knows about this? or that they can do to help? Thank you! =D

Quick update for the group. It looks like the vendor split this shipment into two batches the first batch contained almost a fourth of the orders and those shipped out earlier today.
It looks like the second batch, which we just were informed about is scheduled to arrive Thursday and is coming from a different warehouse of theirs. Since those shipments are behind what we were initially informed about we will upgrade shipping for those group members from UPS Surepost to UPS ground. this doesn't make up for the lateness of the order, but it should save everyone 1-2 days shipment times when they do ship from us.
We will update the group as soon as batch two arrives.
Thanks for your patience and expect an update from us on 3/27 or sooner if something comes up.

HassanSHow do we know if ours was one that shipped out? Can you provide a tracking number to those that have shipped? I'd like to know if I should be expecting this sooner or later.

Great news group! The vendor has let us know that the group's order was picked up and is on its way to our warehouse now. Based on the tracking provided these are scheduled to come in 3/13. Our warehouse team has been forwarded tracking info and will be standing by, ready to get these packed up and turned around as soon as they come in.
Sometimes shipments get delayed en route, not to worry as we will keep the group posted throughout the process and notify you all if anything causes delay.

Apologies for the delay. Due to how the vendor wanted the order for this drop placed it skirted a few of our update checks and fell off the radar. In addition to that the poor weather affected the ability of the vendor to get their stock in a timely manner. They received it yesterday and it will be shipping out from them first thing Monday morning. i have asked that shipping be expedited inbound to at least remove some of the delay there. In addition to that I have let our warehouse staff know about this order and they will prioritize it as soon as it arrives. I fully expect that barring any weather delays this should arrive at our warehouse this week.
Sorry again for the lack of updates and expect another update from us on 3/10 or sooner if something comes up.

Yes, please, shipping update? This was supposed to ship on March 6, did it? If not, is it on track to ship soon? It would be nice if there was an easy way to check shipping status.
