Just got these in, and I'm happy to say they sound great, the sound larger than they are and they look good too. Would buy again.

Bought these, returned. All midrange and high bass. Not sure what Teac were thinking. I have their 501 series and 301 series amps and DACs which are stellar.

Thanks again for joining this drop! We have submitted the group's order with the vendor for the TEAC LS-301 Speakers and they are working hard to prepare it for shipment.
As soon as the group's order is ready at the vendor's location, they will send the bulk shipment to our warehouse in New Jersey where our warehouse team will break it up into individual orders and ship them. The current estimated ship date from our warehouse is 1/4.
We will keep the group updated throughout the fulfillment process. You can expect an update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 12/22.

Any chance of getting shipping elsewhere than US?

ShtrudlIt's showing as $81.25 shipping to Australia. I'd take a wild guess and say shipping anywhere outside of the US would make these speakers not worth it considering how cheap they are.

LlexOk now I see its just my country thats left out since Netherlands has shipping options. I checked how much they are on amazon and I'd still save some cash with this option + shipping and tax. You ozzies are always getting the short end of the deal when its comes to shipping rates, still better than no shipping I guess

Not alot of reviews out there for the LS-301's ... trying to decide if there is a "reasonable" upgrade to replace my Klipsch KSB 1.1's that I am using a near-field desktop set-up...Mac desktop connected to a TEAC AI-101 Amp/DAC. Sounds pretty good now and almost got a pair of Martin Logan 15X's but thought they might be too big for this application.

got it, thanks...while slightly smaller, no sense downgrading speakers after investing (albeit small) in the Amp/DAC device. appreciate the insight.

DELRIOHORNThese are not necessarily acoustically worse speakers, but ideally you want a more powerful amp to drive them. 7dB may not seem like much but it is 5x sound power difference.
