Locked
I was gifted one of these by a good friend last Christmas and my dad liked it so well I thought that he was going to claim it! So I did a bit of research on the tritium and joined this last drop. I'm not sure I've ever seen more people complaining about nothing than in this discussion thread (actually, seeing internet comments and conversations over the past two years, that might not be true). But seriously - I joined this drop just like any other and then spent a total of 5 minutes ordering my vials from mixglo.com (I looked at tritiumkeychains, but they seem to be out of red tubes (lol) at the moment). Now all I have to do is wait. I can't believe all of the negative comments when it's been clearly explained several times that the vials cannot be sold within the US. All this complaining about the hassle of having to source them separately - seriously, I was able to join the drop and order the vials in under 10 minutes. Maybe a bit longer if you're really indecisive about which color(s) you want.

LateralusUpdate: for the record, I placed my order for with mixglo.com on April 16 and received my vials today, April 22. Less than a week from order to door. I used the $10 registered mail shipping option. YMMV but I hope this helps anyone who is curious about how long they should expect to wait when ordering from Taiwan. I highly recommend Daniel's product and service! (FYI - one could opt to save a few bucks and use one of the cheaper shipping methods, but given the price of the vials I felt more comfortable spending a bit more for registered mail with tracking. There are also faster shipping options if you're willing to pay for them but I think that a week is entirely reasonable) Oh and the vials are quite bright! (The glow on my hand is not from the vials, but from a light on the back of my PC. I think. Maybe my hand is already irradiated. Will update again if I gain superpowers.)

LateralusIntelligent children are "gifted" --you father "gave" you a glow fob. See the difference?

RayFObviously you weren’t ‘gifted’ the use of simple grammar Raymond.....

Rowdy2026Actually, number 9, grammar has no function without language, so I say we try and preserve what's left of ours. Speaking of function, I couldn't help noticing you don't seem to have one without me? Coincidence? I don't think so.

RayFLanguage is no use, in written form, if we do not use the correct grammar. You provide evidence of this in all your replies here. Ironic you make the connection between my need for your comments when you are relying on someone else's for attention. As for my function....you may be correct but doesn’t that reveal more about yours than than it does mine? **hint/you provide plenty of opportunities for me to flourish....thank you 🙏

Rowdy2026You keep talking about correct grammar but haven't sited any examples of misuse. Perhaps, you can make me a quick list of my offenses whilst I listen to that Beatles song that's been playing in my mind ever since we met? How does that tune go again? "Number 9, number 9, number 9, number 9, number 9, number 9, number 9, number 9, number 9, number 9..."

LateralusDon’t mind Raymond. He’s doing his best to get his number count up. It means a lot to him as you can probably tell. I guess when you have nothing going for you in life you’ll latch onto anything no matter how insignificant? Anyhoo...it will mean a lot if you could help him out.

Rowdy2026Mmm, hmm—speaking latching on to someone—you’ve been doing the best barnacle imitation I’ve seen in months—and buddy, I’ve seen lots of ‘em!

RayFPlease refer to my previous comment. I understand your difficulties with basic comprehension but even you could get a grasp of what I said if you just apply yourself a little bit more. C’mon Raymond!...I believe in you!

Rowdy2026You ran out’a gas three clicks ago; you’re just embarrassing yourself now. It’s pathetic to watch—seriously, give the phone back to the nurse.

RayFReality bites I guess... Even if I had to hand it back it’s nowhere near as bad as the situation when your mom finds out you’ve been on the internet unsupervised again.
