Massdrop Blue Box: TEC Accessories Orbiter Spinner

A new kind of fidget toy, the Orbiter from TEC Accessories features three parts: a neodymium magnet sandwiched between 6AL4V metal end caps and a chrome steel ball. Thanks to the center disc, which is made from a neodymium magnet, the steel ball magnetically circles its outer edges, like a moon orbiting a planet. Use it as a hand spinner, a no-friction trackball, or a spinning top—this dynamic accessory will keep you engaged for hours at a time. It weighs just an ounce and a half, too, so it’s easy to take on the go.

Every member who joins is guaranteed to receive an aluminum Orbiter in a random color. But nearly half of you will be lucky winners of an upgrade. If you’re to receive an upgrade, you may be fortunate enough to get an aluminum bronze version, a titanium model, or even the Orbiter premium gift set. For the sake of surprise, and to protect our members' privacy, we do not announce the winners publicly. Upgrades will be assigned to orders by means of a random number generator in the following proportions:

Community participation is the name of the game, so we’ll be adding some neat offerings as the Blue Box gains traction. Every purchase counts as an individual entry for these prizes. There are a total of four possible additional prizes, and each is unlocked when the respective number of units are purchased.
