Note: Payment was taken in full from my account immediately upon joining this drop. The drop indicates that payment will not be taken until the drop is complete. This is twice in a week this has happened on massdrop for me, so just keep that in mind. Though I have the money on hand, it is not the point. This is unacceptable and needs to be adjusted. If not for ensuring that I only get charged at the lowest possible price point, then because its not ok to lie to your customers.

there are two options when joining a drop, join now or committing at the lowest price, if you commit at the lower price you wont be charges till the drop is over, but if enough people dont commit you wont get the item at all and wont be charged

Your workaround does not negate my comment. As stated, nobody should be charged until the drop ends to ensure that each customer gets the lowest price possible. I'm not interested in only committing if the lowest is reached because I intend to help that MOQ get reached, not just jump on at the end. The point being, I was charged yesterday before the lowest price was reached, yet I helped contribute to the fence sitters getting a lower price than me. How will I be reimbursed? Will I be reimbursed? I appreciate your attempt at a workaround, but it is in no way a solution. There is a reason that the drops work that way, and it is directly undermined by your workaround. I hope the appropriate individuals are reading this.

committing does help that price get reached, that is what the grey bar means on drops.

And I should not be charged until the drop ends to ensure that I pay that price too. Instead I was charged the full price, because I was charged before the drop ended. How you don't understand this, I'm not sure.

If being charged now is an issue, it's understandable you're upset, but you need to message them directly and not here unless you reply to a team member from MD in the comments.
