Note to folks with questions about this GH. The problem with other micro GH's is that they are specifically designed to not set off magnetic sensing IEDs. They cannot have a rare earth magnet attached and then, say for example, be used to pick up keys dropped into a tight space because it has a magnet in the nose.
the two different types of barbs are also an improvement. one set is rigid won't bend the other is aluminum and will bend if force is applied. Why is a GH with bendable hooks useful? Well, if you are engaging an object out of reach of your primary interest, say that tree branch, your GH will be stuck up there more than likely. However, if you can disengage the barbs by merely bending them straight, you can get your GH back.
