I found him off of a forum with reliable feedback and placed an order for a green vial for this exact product for:
* $20.06 shipped via PayPal.
* Delivery estimate is 10 days to 3 weeks since it is international shipping.
* Tracking included.
I also asked him if he'd be ok with me sharing his email on massdrop. He replied that it was fine and that he was prepared for additional orders.
Even though the vial is about 20 bucks additional to the cost of the FOB, $40ish dollars isn't bad for this type of item, in comparison to eBay prices anyway.
Just to clarify be sure to email him first though to let him know what you'd like to order. Don't just send a vague paypal payment.
