I recieved mine today but it looks like I have something missing I have no Vial and very p[oor instructions of what I am meant to do

MarkDartIt sounds like you should reread the second paragraph of the description that indicated eminently clearly that the product DOES NOT INCLUDE A TRITIUM VIAL, and that you must obtain one separately, from a source outside the United States.
The discussion here documents nicely how and where you may obtain a tritium vial, and you should avail yourself of it.
