Guys, DO NOT buy this ! I bought one 2 months ago and now it's not glowing in the dark anymore. And when I said not anymore, I mean completely nothing, no even in complete darkness. Now it's just a piece of metal hanging on my key chain. It's a complete waste of money!

JasonLNot sure what you're saying here. This Drop is just for the fob which can contain the tritium vials. Folks need to not only check out what color they want (since some are much brighter than others) but their supplier too. Again, this drop is only for the 'container' for the tritium vial.

reesI know, but I have gone to their official website and bought from their "recommended" sellers for the vial, and the vial only last for 2 months, and ever since I tried to contact them about this problem, they start denying it's their problem, they just "suggested" me to buy from them, but works not not is not their concern. How's that for customers service.

JasonLJasonL, I understand you're frustration, but the vials are glass and at some point CAN break. We have tested the durability of the housing and the vial by literally throwing one against a wall, and the tritium vial survived. But that is not to say it always will. I don't know if you had dropped your keys, perhaps in such a way that by chance the vial broke. Although it is not likely, it can happen. There is certainly a small amount of risk to carrying a glass vial on your keychain, and unfortunately it sounds like yours didn't survive. Sorry to hear that your vial apparently broke. But it really isn't the fault of the supplier. They do not make the tritium vials, they just resell them and have no control over how they are carried or used.

TECENGwell....in that case, I can only say I'm just too unfortunate :( I didn't realized there's such chance I can break the vial. (fyi : I didn't drop my keys or smash them to the wall, so I'm still not sure how it got broken)

JasonLI broke my first vial too. It happens. I do know however that I threw it around quite a bit so I expected as much.

JasonLBest way to use the tritium tubes is get the TEC fob that comes with a glow pellet and buy the $4 tube kit with it. You put the tritium tube into a hard plastic pellet that replaces the glow in the dark pellet that domes in the fob and it won't break. I've got several like this and they've taken quite a beating. I got the ones like this and broke 2 tubes. You can check it out on TEC website, (same company as this one) or on the first drop they did here for that style. I get my tubes from Etsy, so far they've treated me very well and repliced one that was broken in the mail. But they're not fast.
