But I recommend to be very gentle with the bracket on the top of the carafe's handle holding the lid. This got easily broken on both of mine. And you can't replace them seperately as the handle is glued to the carafe.
However - it still works fine putting the lid loose on the carafe, so I am not going not buy a third one.
