trevinYou can brew as little as two cups by only filling to the first marker on the water reservoir. It may take some experimenting to find the right balance. Technivorm also makes a brewer called the Cup-One that is designed for one cup at a time. The Cup-One, and the Grand models are the only ones that don't have cup markers. The Grand models are designed for offices and intended for 10 cups only. All other models are flexible and you can brew 2-10 cups.
