Mine was just delivered and its defective! I filled it up with water, and it leaked all over the place. Anybody else have this problem? Wondering if there is an easy fix, or do I need to send it back (which would be a huge hassle). I was very excited for this to arrive. Now I am very disappointed!

moonbeamCould you describe in more detail how it leaked? Just by filling it up or did you turn it on then it leaked? These come with a 5 year warranty so you are covered regardless, but Technivorm may have a simple solution to avoid shipping back and forth.

kstokleyHi, it leaked just by filling it up with water. It was a slow leak. If I filled up the reservoir, about a cup leaked out after 30 seconds. I was in touch with Technivorm and the sent me a return shipping label and I just sent it back. Its actually been a huge hassle for me (I don't have time for this) and I am pretty disappointed. I know they make great machines, but this should have been caught by quality control!
