Mine arrived with a broken carafe. No replacements in stock, so I have the option of keeping it or sending it back. Unfortunate that they can't just send a new $35 carafe. Now I have to buy it elsewhere.
Also, for those wondering, per MD this does not come with the 5 year warranty you get purchasing elsewhere.
