There is something wrong with you people, ruining good coffee with a drip brewer; then letting it marinate in a hot pot. That's some next level, 70s nightmare, shit right there: you all should be ashamed of yourselves...
consolationSo please educate us then, what is the best way to make coffee and what type of coffee used? I have never owned any type of coffee machine in my life :/
My good friend bought me a french press a few months ago when moved in to my new apartment so there's that going for me..
TestbrahI wouldn't take any education from @consolation, he seems like an arrogant douche.
Filter is definately a respectable and well acclaimed brewing method, and this machine in particular brews the coffee at the perfect temperature. If you use fresh roasted/grinded coffee, and dont let the coffee sit on the heating pad, I guarantee you that you will have a hard time finding a better black cup of coffee for this kind of money.
consolationRight, I just pop in a K-cup and 30 seconds later am enjoying my chemical laden coffee substitute. There are far too many other pressing issues in life to occupy time and attention....waiting for coffee to brew first thing in the morning just isn't one of them.
consolationI've brewed coffee using every method imaginable, and I always return to my "next level 70's nightmare shit". The Moccamaster Technivorm is my preferred daily coffee brewer. It's easy, quick, and tastes great.
