I bought mine 3 years ago at Williams Sonoma and paid over $300 for it. Absolutely cannot rave enough about it. Works like the day I bought it. Another customer saw me looking at coffee makers and told me I wouldn't regret buying this brand. Boy was she right :)
The only thing you need to do is clean it about once every other month with vinegar OR Cleancaf.
