Product Description
A true diver, the Technomarine Black Reef automatic—like its name suggests—is water resistant to an impressive half kilometer. The dial is teeming with life, including two subdials tied to the chronograph, one subdial for running seconds, and a date window Read More
Dont like, dont buy. Its that simple
I cant wait until it gets here. And I think it will look great
But I want the paperwork and warranty card with it also
People, you may opine upon the looks of the watch, but you cannot deny either the movement or capability of the piece.
It's a 500m diver with a Valjoux 7750 chronograph movement- you simply cannot beat the value per dollar contained within.
If anyone wants to experience a classic, historically important, automatic Swiss chronograph movement for a truly bargain-basement price- here is your chance.
Yes, the watch is very busy-looking. But some people like that. And it is bigger because of both the chronograph movement and 500m dive case, which is perfectly understandable.
I'm not sure why so many feel the need to slag this piece off in an attempt to shame others. It is a quality piece, like it or not. MD isn't forcing you to buy one.
mrfuriouserSo you say--and I would normally agree--but I bought this watch, dove down to 500m several times to test it, but every time I did, all the fish took one look at my watch and swam away in terror!
Wasn't such a good deal after all...
I purchaced the watch. I believe this is old stock because I saw this watch years ago. Its a great deal for 399 for an automatic chronograph . I have a couple Technomarines and they are good watch. This is a great deal
Wow a 100 billion thousand million dollar Invicta watch that costs only 400 dollars one time only. I'll just wait for Amazon to sell this on Labor Day for $5...
80 people bought this though! Maybe that's the new strategy; to just brute force the market year after year claiming you're giving a limited 90% discount on something marked up 10,000%? Eventually enough people would eat away at the warehouse stash looks like. And it is not like these can't sit in a warehouse for 20 years. That's gangster.
it looks like this watch is no longer listed on Glycine's site. The only record I found is that it is from 2013. What I really need to know is how long is the band?
Technomarine & Glycine both are owned by Invicta group. If you enjoy and have faith in the brand than by all means enjoy. Invicta watches have a hugely inflated MSRP then they sell at sale price so you feel you got a great deal. Invicta watches have no resale value. Fell free to look on watchrecon.com
I am not affiliated with the watch industry in any way just my opinion take it as that.
