Designed to transition easily from backpack to sling bag to messenger bag, the TEKNIQ modular camera bag allows you to carry exactly what you need—nothing more, nothing less. The kit comes with two bags (a small messenger-style bag and a medium sling-style bag), which can be used independently or zipped together to form a large backpack for day hikes and longer shoots. The high-grade weight-bearing zippers and two side release buckles keep everything tightly assembled, while the ripstop nylon body protects the gear inside. Store small items in six exterior pockets and your tablet in a dedicated padded pocket on the front panel.
When fully assembled, the backpack measures 10 by 7 by 19.5 inches and weight 2.7 pounds. On its own, the messenger bag weighs 1 pound and has enough room to accommodate a DSLR, battery charger, and spare lens. The sling bag weighs 1.7 pounds and can carry a DSLR, battery charger, multiple lenses, a flash unit, and a mobile phone. Several styles of straps, made from herringbone webbing with waterproofing rubber, are included, as is a rain cover and everything you need to attach your tripod.
Jacob Durham created the TEKNIQ modular camera bag about 7 years after he took photography up as a hobby. He says, “To me, there’s nothing better than spending a few hours just snapping shots of the world around me. I’ve been using this bag for a while now, and I love how easy it is to switch between small, medium, and large sizes depending on what the shoot requires. I know all of you will enjoy it as well!”
