A blend of merino wool and microfibers, Terramar’s Thermawool half-zip jacket has been engineered to insulate in cold weather and breathe in warm weather. Combined with the company’s ClimaSense thermoregulation treatment—which inhibits bacterial growth, wicks and dries quickly, and adjusts to your body temperature—the jacket is an ideal base and mid layer for active adventures come rain, snow, or shine Read More
I got this from massdrop a couple years ago. It's great. Very durable and comfortable. The fit is great for me. Also, these have hands down the best thumbloops I've ever used. The wrist collar is stretchy and very long. It fits my very long arms without digging into the webbing between my thumb and my finger. I wish it had a hood.
This review is for the tops. The bottoms had 0 stretch in them and I gave them away because they were unusable for me.
Surprisingly warm for its size. When I combined it with a wind/waterproof jacket I was able to be fairly comfortable in very cold weather without being overburdened with too many layers.
I sleep in this on nights that dip to the low end of my quilt's rating. I sized down for coziness/compression and it delivers. However, perhaps due in part to the snug armpits, I haven't noticed any odor resistance. My similar-fitting merino tees smell neutral the next morning, this thing does not.
Best running jacket I own. Lightweight, very warm! The therawool lives up to the name, comfortable, fits well and I do appreciate the nice zippers on the pockets.
Highly recommended.
Very nice shirt, good quality but it did not come with thumb holes which is why I ordered it. I gave 4 stars for the quality of the shirt it just wasn’t as described.
This was a birthday gift for a friend, so I cannot really comment on how it fits, but the fabric feels great and considerably cheaper than other wool base layers out there.
