I just received my TEX Yoda in the mail today. I ordered the fully assembled keyboard with MX Blacks. I had a few issues with it out of the box, specifically some keys not working off the bat, but it seems like one of the DIP switches had shifted a bit in transit and was throwing things off. Resetting them all did the trick.
I saw earlier that someone was complaining about Linux support with this keyboard, specifically related to the Trackpoint. I figured I'd come back to report that my keyboard worked out of the box with LInux, with no problems whatsoever. On Debian 7 with Gnome 3, I've got middle mouse scroll and functionality to all three buttons. I've been using a ThinkPad USB keyboard with my laptop when it's docked for awhile, and I had to do some custom configuration in xorg.conf.d to get that running, so that may have helped in my situation. If other *nix users run into issues, I'd be happy to share what I did to get that other keyboard working correctly.
