Hello. My Tex Yoda is broke. VF of the D4 diode attached to the R key is 0.72V (normal thing 0.55V?).
Do you have any alternative? Also, What should I buy as an alternative?
Thanks.

siba018The same happened to mine at key "3". I replaced the diode with GS1010FL, and it's been working fine since then. GS1010FL seems to be obsolete, but it's a plain rectifier diode. I guess any rectifier diode will do.

siba018You could also order up some 1N4148 diodes (SMD)
For example: http://www.digikey.com/product-detail/en/1N4148W-7-F/1N4148W-FDICT-ND/815280
