Just FYI, currently you can find these for 42-45$ everywhere else (Amazon, Aliexpress) with similar or slower shipping times; Drop's price is the cheapest I can find them. I don't have these but TFZ IEM's are typically fun to listen with.
I am new to the IEM scene, and picked these up. They sound fantastic straight plugged in to my phone / pc.
A couple of questions:
Burn in - should I be doing something to them?
The plastic sheath around the cable thats supposed to be tucked behind the ear does NOT fit my ear shape well - should I be looking for different cables? Is there something i can do to mold those?
Am I doing myself a huge disservice not running an amp? I have one at home I use for my Grado's, but never considered getting one for IEMs...
What is going on with the ping pong shipment of these?

Stompthat's happened to me with a lot of my chi-fi purchases, and at that precise shipping facility in Hebron, KY. it's a little disconcerting if you like keeping up to date with tracking (i definitely do), but i wouldn't sweat it: i've always** received my stuff. :)
**with one exception, but iirc they weren't internationally shipped. :p
Anyone else having issues with delivery of these? Only place i get any info is from Drop and not from the courier themselves. Last updates have been 20th and 21st of last month that they are on their way?
I actually adore the TFZ S2 Pro, they are well worth the price tag even with the teddy! I thought the teddy might stand out less on the white version. They sound bright, forward, and have more bass than the two other IEM's I own (Toneking T88k and Kinera Idun). I was planning on gifting these and now I am not so sure. The Kinera's are my DD due to the T88k's being so big in my ear. I am definitely not an audio expert, but def give these a go for this price range. The fit on these are pretty good too even without being the ergo fit of my other two, I like the little knob that kind of molds to my ear. The cable also seems nice and light. Edit to note I'm driving these with a Fiio Alpen 2
Am I the only one that think mids was recessed? My taste prefer a little more bass, but it will make mids more recessed :( 8k have a very slight harshness and sibilance, drop a dB and everything is good! Overall the signature sounded pretty flat, more authentic sounding than typical tuned iem. Anyways, the EQ is very responsive for this iem
Will I recommend it? If this iem have a BA for mids it would be so promising! But all in all, it is worth it. At this price point, KZ ZS10 pro is a better choice but the downside is much heavier.
