Spectacular sound for the money! They compete in the ~$200 category! I bought the blue series 2. Turned out to be "sparkly" blue. A little feminine for my taste, but they sound so good I'll deal with any embarrassment. Just buy these when available! You can't go wrong, just make sure of the color, Doh!

I can't go back to any other, I love musicbut am not that knowledgeable about terms. I can just say that I am disabled and have alot of free time to listen and really lovethe way these manifest music and movies. It's really seriously there, deep and clear.

Clear yet full, well-balanced sound without any artificially EQ'ed highs or lows. Works well for live audio monitoring and have not fallen out yet (still using provided tips, will try some foam next). Works equally well without an external DAC, but my iBasso D2-Boa really helps them shine. Even tried them on my old portable minidisc recorder which has a very flat line-out and they sound fantastic. Summary: great price, great fit, very good sound.

TFZ series 4: Pretty standard what I expect given the price, although first thing noticed was typically higher volume and strong bass for price reference i saw it at BicCamera Japan for 14,000 Yen

Great sound quality, but stopped working within two weeks. had only used them at my desk for work, The included wires stooped working properly. They had to be wiggled around in the monitors themselves just to get 2 minutes of proper use.

They are not. You can buy the wires to make them wireless, but they are not Bluetooth capable without a specific wire.

No they're not bluetooth but they will work with the bluetooth cable with 0.78mm 2-pin type cables. I heard it works pretty well but have only tried mine with the standard included cables. It's nice because if your cable breaks you can replace that instead of the whole pair of headphones. Or my favorite is I can disconnect one of the earbuds so I have a single IEM for one ear listening. Pretty sweeet,

My opinion, these IEMs exceed their price in quality, performance, and fit. I would buy again. In fact, because of the price I will buy another set to have on hand. I use them during exercise and physical activity and they stay sealed in my ears. When sealed they produce good sound, that again exceeds their price point. They remain sealed in place for my normal/average sized ears as the end of the cable curve and wrap around the top of the ear.

What is the warranty like on these things? i purchased a pair, and the plastic part of the cable that supports the cable coming out of the headphone came out of the rubber part. Initially i thought this woudn't be much of a problem, but it occured to my very fast that it was in fact a problem that made the headphones unusable, as the side that the plastic came out of experienced cable wear, and the cable had to be maneuvered so that the audio would actually come out of the earbuds. I contacted the manufacturer and they said "the seller is usually responsible for the warranty of the product." If there is any way that i could get just the cable replaced, that would be great. the reason i am asking for a new cable, instead of buying one, is that most decent IEM cables cost more than i paid for these ($35 for the headphones, $40 for the cable).
