Love my pair for my daily train commute or whenever I'm in a noisy place. They are wonderfully bass boosted (and rolled off at the top end) for that environment, efficiently loud to give me plenty of headroom and shockingly refined for the price. If only there was a mic and remote, these would be the perfect outdoor IEM.
Just got my pair of Shure SE215 and while the build quality and design is top-notch, the sound leaves much to be desired. Frankly, my dying pair of TFZ Series 5S sound much better but the source connector grip is on its last legs. I'll never understand the rationale for the 45° angled plug. Has anyone had a pair of IEMs that used a not-straight or 90° plug that wasn't a functional or ergonomic hassle? Rhetorical question...
