These things stopped working with my phone. I tried them with another phone and now the earbuds won't pair. Very disappointed. Can't find any documentation on them anywhere on the net. Wasted money!!!

musicmanliveAre they charged? Mine wouldn't charge. Then I found a nearly invisible plastic strip over the charging contacts. Removed the plastic strip and now they fully charge. There should a be an instruction booklet in the box.
