To switch the language from Chinese to English. Turn off the earphone, then turn it back on but hold the power button down for 15-20 seconds. Eventually you'll hear a "DaDun DaDun". This seems to indicate the language is changed. I found this out the hard way since I must've accidentally changed one and they refuse to pair with each other if not in the same language.
