Got my fixed backspace key today. Hope everyone else has theirs soon too!
Is there any plan/timeline to replace these keycaps with issues? I don't see any information about this.
I sent an email to support back when I got my set, and they've been keeping me updated since then. Have you talked to anyone in support at any point?

I'm not the person you asked, but I sent a support ticket about a misformed glass elevator and got the replacement modifiers (wrong color letters) and backspace. Then about a week later I got the glass elevator. So, it's possible they are just sending them out to everyone with the sets with issues. I didn't say anything about the modifiers or back space.
My understanding is that anyone that ordered the miscolored modifiers got a replacement set that was the correct color. It could be the same with the backspace key but like I said, I had opened a support ticket for it anyway so I wasn't entirely sure.
