Growing up in Naples—the tailoring capital of Italy—Fabio Attanasio developed an early affinity for menswear, especially bespoke menswear. He channeled this interest into the aptly named Bespoke Dudes blog, and a career was born. Now, the young entrepreneur has launched his own line of eyewear to honor all things made in Italy. And indeed, each pair of glasses is crafted by an Italian artisan, then hand-selected by Attanasio himself. Made from Mazzucchelli acetate, the Pleat frames are an ode to the charm of vintage goods. Conceived as unisex eyeglasses, they become sunglasses with the addition of clip-on tinted lenses, which are as light as a credit card and can be easily kept in the internal pocket of a jacket or in a purse.
