Beautiful item

This was my second purchase of this particular item. The first experience was absolutely amazing in terms of look and quality. Unfortunately, the second one come with damaged leather and I must question the QC at The British Belt Co. Allowing such a damaged item to leave the factory is a big fail on their side. Fortunately, Drop stepped in and quickly resolved the issue to my full satisfaction -- like always. Thank you guys at Drop's customer care, you always do your very best to make things right. So, ... would I recommed this product? I would say yes. I believe that the issue was just an exception and the product is great. Moreover, if anything goes wrong, you are always backed by Drop.
